This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a great bunch of fourth graders that are ready and excited to learn. My students are ESOL learners as many of them are from various countries and speak various languages. Most of them are from immigrant families and many of them qualify for free and reduced lunch. Our students desire to be great and explore the world of building and creating. The students will benefit from being provided the opportunity to build and create buildings, robots, and completing solar kits with their peers.
Our students have shown a strong interest in building and creating and we are ready to help them explore.
We as teachers have decided to host an after school activity club to engage our young engineers. We look forward to seeing how far this will go with our scholars.
The requested materials include parts for creating buildings and bridges, construction kits, model cars for constructing, science gear bots, and batteries to charge some of the created STEM projects. This should be very engaging and exciting for our young scholars.
