My Project

My students love opportunities for hands-on, multisensory approaches to learning. When learning is presented in a fun way, students are engaged and motivated to learn. I teach elementary students with learning disabilities. They are eager to learn and succeed, and they will thrive if they have the tools to be successful.

LEGO Education Letters let students play and learn as they recognize letters, phonemes, and spell short words.

They can create compound words and play fun activities like guess the missing letter. Students love LEGOs and need a variety of learning experiences to help concepts make sense and to internalized them.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
