My Students

My students are in the first-grade Chinese Dual Immersion program. The students spent half of the days in one class with me learning math, Chinese, and science, and the other half of the day in another class with the English teacher learning English language arts and social studies. It's challenging to learn 2 languages at the same time and use a second language to learn Math. But my students have been doing a fantastic job, they are hard-working, respectful of different cultures, especially during the COVID-19, they are strong in dealing with it.

Students change the world with technology.

Technology provides students with easy-to-access information, accelerated learning, and fun opportunities to practice what they learn. It enables students to explore new subjects and deepen their understanding of difficult concepts.

My Project

Students use Chromebooks almost every day to do differentiated learning. Headphones are really important for language learning. They need to hear clearly about the reading materials and record their own reading to improve their pronunciation.

Especially during COVID-19, it's socially safer to have their own headphone and academically more helpful to have heavy-duty headphones for first graders.

A quality headphone always helps to reduce over noise and gives the ability to focus on the task. It is too much important. It creates a better learning environment so that students can focus on their work.
