My Students

My students are fifth graders. I have 29 of them. I teach in a Title 1 school. Many of my students receive Free or reduced lunch. All of my students come from different backgrounds. I have students who range in all levels of academic abilities. These include students who have an IEP, are gifted, are ELL, and are on grade level. One thing my students have in common is how hard they work and their desire to learn and succeed.

My Project

My students will use iPads to help incorporate technology into their learning. My Students can benefit from various apps to assist in math or reading concepts. I also plan to use the iPads for writing assignments where students can use the iPads for research assignments. My students will

Become successful from the ability to use voice controls to help them type their writing assignments.

This will help eliminate frustration some students feel when typing. I feel it is important to expose our students to technology because it makes learning fun and can help them
