My students need an iPad to enhance their technology skills and prepare them for the 21st century. They will also use the iPad to assist with Project Based Learning.

My Students

Have you ever looked over at your child or student and realized they know more about your technology than YOU do? You are looking at a 21st Century learner in the making! In our digital age, technology in the classroom is crucial when developing 21st century skills.

We are a first grade class in North Carolina.

Our school is 5 years old, and our classroom has 3 desktop computers, one iPad, and an interactive white board. The children in our class are self motivated and love working with technology. Our community is very supportive and our parents are also excited about exposing their children to technology.

My Project

My students love technology and are so excited to showcase their knowledge with the assistance of iMovie and other awesome educational apps. We will also use the iPad to sync devices and share information with one another. I have signed up for various Skype lessons with classrooms and people around the world to broaden our students global awareness while delving deeply into Common Core standards.
