My Students

My students are remarkable. They are inquisitive, insightful, playful, and eager to learn. Children are born with the desire to investigate the world around them. Think of all the things they learn in the first 5 years of life without even being directly taught. They are hungry for knowledge and benefit so much from having a variety of learning tools to use.

There is nothing better than having a student tell me that they love coming to school.

I work hard to provide a place that they love coming to everyday. And I am thankful to have such an amazing group of kids who truly come together everyday, work as a team, and push me to be the very best teacher I can be for them.

My Project

I want to provide my students with the opportunity to learn to use a variety of tools that will make their learning engaging and fun at the same time. There are many different forms of technology available, but few that provide a real learning experience. Osmo is one of the few. Whether it's practicing their addition skills or working with their sight words, Osmos will enhance the learning of my students.

My students are eager learners and I know they would be thrilled to get Osmos in our classroom.

I can already see the excitement on their faces. I think we have a duty as teachers to show children how to use technology responsibly. Introducing them to technology that is fun, but also educates is a responsibility that I take very seriously.
