it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Listening to music is an enjoyable experience at any age, but did you know that it can be beneficial for school-aged children? Music is a universal language that helps us convey emotional experiences and also creates a positive classroom environment for our students.
I am asking for a Bose SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth Speaker for my classroom because research shows that music enhances the brain to process information.
The Bose SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth Speaker will be used in my classroom in different ways.
Currently I use my laptop/cell phone, but the speaker sound is so low, only the students who sit right in front of me can hear it. I like for my students to hear different music genres when they are working independently or in groups. If they have a challenging task, I play classical music. During Art, they like to listen to KidsBop. But using a laptop/cell phone is not ideal for all to hear.
In December, I want my kids to write Christmas lyrics to a popular song, so that they can perform it to their parents. The speaker will make a huge difference in that all my kids will be able to hear the instrumental song they will be working with. In June, we have a dance performance. They all need to be able to hear the song.
Often times I project educational videos, but again, only the students who sit near my device can hear it. I have to add CC text so that the students in the middle and back row can read what is being said.
This speaker will change anything that has to do with sound in my classroom, in particular music. Your donation will make learning enjoyable and fun!
