it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach 2nd grade in an urban community outside of Boston. My students come to school everyday eager to learn, grow and succeed.
The majority of my students come from low-income households and have faced many challenges at such a young age.
My Project
These supplies will help my students start the year off ready to learn. With books such as "First Day Jitters", "A Letter From My Teacher" and "The Name Jar", a classroom environment of unity, respect, and community can be fostered.
Any donation, big or small, would be extremely appreciated.
