This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a LEGO set for each of my students. The LEGO set will not only teach about following directions, it will help with their fine motor skills and, it will be used to inspire and create stories.
Building with LEGO opens a world of imagination.
Kids can immerse themselves in the magic of building and creating a new world filled with interesting characters. I know that my students will be so excited and thrilled to have their own LEGO set! They will learn so much about the important of using the instructions to guide them through the build. After they have built their set, they will use the set to tell and write stories, improving their writing skills.
My students will love discussing and writing their creative stories. Once they are done, they can take their set home to enjoy as an added bonus.
