Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in a school where I primarily teach in Spanish. Many of my young students are learning how to decode and read in a second language! We use a combination of reading, writing, and phonics to create bilingual scholars!
Students learn best by touching and manipulating laminated letters, words, and colorful games.
This project will allow me to laminate phonics games and letter cards. Once they're laminated they will be used for years to come!
In addition to laminating phonics games, I can use the laminator and laminating sheets to save art projects, make nametags, and more!
