I have found a tool that gets my students motivated and excited about learning! Today children love technology, why not bring it in to the classroom to promote learning?
My students are a very diverse group of Kindergarten students.
They have lots of energy and love to use new tools and resources in their learning. One of their favorite things is to use the one IPAD shared among 28 students. Our school is also a very diverse school where many different cultures are represented and many different languages are spoken in the classrooms.
My Project
The IPADS in the classroom will be used as an additional learning resource to help students practice their skills. The students will learn grade level and above grade level math skills, and reading skills. On the IPADS students will use the different apps available to learn numbers, reading, math, and English language arts. As a Kindergarten student these fundamental skills are extremely important to develop and IPADS are another motivating exciting tool that can help students.
Donations to this project would be a great improvement to the classroom.
It would allow students more opportunity to practice and improve their fundamental skills. It will also allow students to use tools they might not get to use elsewhere.
