My Students

My students deserve the best education possible. They are extremely talented, energetic fourth graders, who always seem to put out their best effort in all that they do.

This year's fourth graders live in Manhattan's Chinatown.

They are superstars! Many of them are English Language Learners and students with special learning needs. Many live in single parent homes or they live with grandparents while their parents live in another state. Each student receives free or reduced-price lunch. No matter what they face each and every day they give it their all each and every day with a smile!

My Project

With the uncertainty happening in the world being ready to teach anywhere is what educators are learning. We are beginning the year in the classroom. With the use of the MacBook students will get the opportunity to experience learning using the most up to date technology. The MacBook will be useful in creating, teaching and tracking lessons and ideas. It will allow me to create lessons that are more appealing with the use of iMovie. However, at the drop of a hat we can be back home teaching remotely. Having more than one device can help in teaching but also watching the students and interacting with them.
