Students don't always get to choose what they learn in the classroom, but at least they can choose where to learn in the classroom! I would love to offer some alternative seating in my classroom (loveseat) for my high school English students to learn from.
And what better way to learn, than to learn comfortably!
Often times elementary classrooms are full of seating options, and then as students age, those options vanish. Right now I have tables or desks in my room, but nothing fun or comfy.
Students have expressed a desire for something more comfortable to sit on in my classroom, so I am trying to acquire one piece at a time. I am planning to scout for some non-fabric items at low-cost options, but any small assistance for a small school classroom is greatly appreciated.
