Learning to Tell Time in Preschool and Other Math Concepts

My Project

This year I have six returning preschool students who will be heading to Kindy next year. We have done some pretty amazing things last year and these children are ready for the next steps - telling time, base 10 counting and counting money.

These math resources will encourage children to engage in both individual and collaborative explorative learning experiences.

The older children can help model strategies in small groups, such as positive self-talk to assist the younger children when faced with challenges.

While having these resources are important, it is also imperative for me to provide the language to talk about maths and mathematical concepts that will include for a positive growth mindset.
