My Project
First grade is the year that students begin to be able to really read and write! It is a difficult process that many don’t like because it is simply just not easy. These notebooks would be a fantastic addition and help in our class to give students a place where they can see their writing and drawing progress over the year, flip through to get inspiration for new writings and drawing, and help to keep our classroom writing organized. Students will be able to also keep their writing for years to come and look back on how far they have come.
The finger spacers will help my students to learn the incredible skills of spacing out words.
As they are beginning to understand writing, it is very difficult for many to remember to not squish all of the words together. These will be an incredible asset to our writing.
