I have never had my class so motivated to read. Students who sometimes struggle to stay focused were reminded of what reward they were working for. This helped keep them motivated and focused on their reading. The children love having their own small wipe board marker to use during our phonics lessons, and the attached eraser makes it easier for them to correct mistakes. Great ideas were thrown out about how we come to school to learn to read and write, learn to be better people, and responsibility.
