My Project

I am so glad you found our project! We are a Kindergarten Class in Central Kentucky. Our goal is to set up our classroom better to help teach our students learn to read. We believe all students can learn to read when given the correct support. Learning to read is a science and our student has recently started implementing the Science of Reading using UFLI. The Science of Reading stresses the importance of developing strong phonemic awareness. We have seen amazing growth this school year. We hope to gain the resources to help us grow even more for years to come. These items tabletop easel and magnetic letter kit will support their reading while allowing them to play and collaborate. Students will use these items to help them make sense when reading. Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn to read and to have fun while doing it.
