My Students

Our school has many different student abilities with many students utilizing current technology within the classroom; some being special needs students, multicultural students who have not used technology in the past, and some who do not have technology at home. My students like to have the technology interaction during classroom assignments to keep them engaged, as well as feel as they are part of the culture in our classroom. They truly enjoy working with technology and have proven that engagement while learning is very important to them.

Our school and students live in a time of technology and it would mean the world to them to utilize more technology while learning a deeper understanding of Common Core Standards and becoming more technologically inclined.

My students are very eager to learn and would love the opportunity to practice their skills using technology. Technology is a once in a lifetime opportunity for many diverse students that allows excitement while integrating more of the Common Core Standards as a 21st Century learner.

My Project

Students will be able to utilize Chromebooks during group work and independent time as an in-depth way of learning about diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism. Researching and learning more about the diverse needs of students, multiculturism, and the abilities of inclusion will help students continue to grow.

This donation will help enhance student learning and support the skills necessary for student advancement while enjoying the capabilities of technology.

Students will have more of a want to learn and continue to grow as a 21st Century Learner, each and every day, while being understanding to diverse needs, inclusion, and multiculturism of students around them.
