My Project

My kindergarten students love to learn through play! Students will use this dramatic play area to work on kindergarten standards in a fun, engaging way. The Carolina Market will be used during guided reading centers. Students will practice writing skills through making grocery lists, and writing down orders when pretending they are at a restaurant/grocery store. They will be working on listening and speaking standards, literacy standards, math, as well as social studies standards.

Over the last couple of years, Covid has impacted students' learning and a lot students have not gotten enough experience with social interactions, and cooperative play.

Please help me give my students this great experience!
