My Students
My kindergarten students are so inquisitive, and have unique individual personalities. They all come from diverse backgrounds, and bring different life experiences to our classroom, which creates an extraordinary environment. There is a wide range of educational needs within each student.
My students are enthusiastic learners, and love to learn through play.
Incorporating play into our day-to-day schedule, makes learning academically, socially, and emotionally more age-appropriate and fun.
My Project
The requested materials will help my students in many ways, including academically, socially and emotionally. The literacy games will enrich my students' reading abilities. The math games will give my students a better understanding of number sense and counting. The dramatic play and other play items will give my students the opportunity to interact with their peers in a social setting.
All of the items will encourage life-skill learning opportunities, such as sharing, problem-solving, and discovery.
They will also allow for the students to experience hands-on learning, and to strengthen their fine-motor skills.
