Learning Through Play Centers in Kindergarten!

Help me give my students the materials to complete our home living and transportation centers. The pretend food, clothes, cars and play rug will help my students learn through play.

My Students

I teach kindergarten and my students love to use their imaginations. I feel that giving them a home living area will encourage them to be imaginative, creative, and play together. It's important to me that my students have the opportunity to play and learn from each other in a social learning environment.

My students come to school eager and ready to learn.

We have breakfast in our room every morning. Once breakfast is finished we are ready to learn! My students work very hard to reach my expectations.

My Project

The pretend food, dishes and dress up clothes will allow my students to use their imagination when it comes to playing in the Home Living Center. Currently we have no dress up clothes and very little pretend food and dishes.

The Home Living Center and Transportation Center are two of my students favorite centers.

My students love to play cars. The cars and road map carpet will give them so much joy in pretending to drive and go places. By being able to give students access to these materials I believe it will open their imaginations to a new world.
