My Project

We are excited to bring the vibrant music and cultural heritage of Hawaii to our students through a unique educational experience. Our project on DonorsChoose aims to acquire ukuleles and rhythm sticks, enabling our students to immerse themselves in Hawaiian music and traditions. By introducing these instruments into our classroom, we seek to provide hands-on learning opportunities that promote creativity, collaboration, and cultural appreciation.

The ukuleles and rhythm sticks will play a pivotal role in our curriculum, enhancing students' understanding of rhythm, melody, and Hawaiian musical styles.

Through engaging music lessons and activities, we aim to foster a deeper connection with Hawaiian culture while developing students' musical skills and self-expression. This project is not only about acquiring instruments but also about creating an inclusive and enriching environment where every student can explore the beauty and diversity of Hawaiian music.
