Learning Through Movement!

Help me give my students the ability to learn through movement! These kick bands have been a favorite for all of my students for years, helping with everything from anxiety to ADHD and everything in between.

My Project

I have a class population of over 100 students entering 6th grade in middle school. These students are losing their recess and ability to release energy in quite the same way that they had in elementary. As middle schoolers, these kick bands are beloved by students.

They help them discreetly move and release energy, which promotes both learning and positive mental health.

These bands have been celebrated by so many kids with everything from anxiety to ADHD who just need to release a little energy! They have been so loved over the years that I am in need of a new set for my incoming students!
