it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten students love free choice and exploration time. Our classroom room needs doll house furniture and dolls.
My students enjoy engaging in imaginative play with the dollhouse, they create narratives and scenarios that reflect real-life situations, allowing them to practice problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
This type of play encourages communication and collaboration as students share roles, negotiate storylines, and interact with their peers. Additionally, through role-playing different characters, children develop empathy and understanding of social dynamics, which are essential for building relationships.
The dollhouse environment provides a safe space for students to express their feelings, explore social roles, and navigate conflicts, ultimately fostering their emotional intelligence and social skills.
