Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Help make "Fun Friday" a reality. My awesome 3rd graders work very hard all week to master the reading and math standards set forth by our state and on Fridays we'd like to put a little more fun in our day with games.
My third grade students are a very inquisitive bunch.
They love learning and are always asking great questions. These twenty four students are smart and try very hard to get the most out of every day they are in school. Our school district is experiencing huge budget cuts but my class tries to seize each day with their love of learning.
My Project
My goal for my students is to instill in them a love of learning. Sometimes our tasks are tedious but with the new math and language arts games I am hoping that those mundane tasks can be filled with fun and turned into a fabulous way to learn. The math and language arts games we are requesting will not only challenge my high performing students but also help provide my under-performing students with a new way to succeed.
