Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that my students are energetic, curious, and full of potential. They thrive when given structure, encouragement, and clear goals. Many come from diverse backgrounds and benefit greatly from consistent routines and positive reinforcement. Implementing a classroom ticket economy will help reinforce respectful behavior, responsibility, and cooperation. Tickets will be used as a motivational tool, rewarding positive actions and good choices. This system not only helps with behavior management, but also teaches basic financial literacy, decision-making, and self-control—skills that extend beyond the classroom and support lifelong learning and success.
