Help me give my students the outdoor classroom of their dreams! Our school has a beautiful outdoor area that we can utilize to bring our learning to life, the nature way!
The items I am requesting will all be used in our outdoor classroom space. The books will be the inspiration for our class project to clean up our school playground and celebrate "Earth Day". We also study the life of birds, how to attract them, and keep them flocking to our school yard so the bird houses will be a perfect addition. My students love the outdoors and learning outside, these resources will help us to keep our outdoor classroom clean and be able to support the natural wildlife in our rural school.
Kids are highly motivated by their love of nature and it can be used to teach many across the curriculum.
With our additional outdoor seating, garden supplies, and recycling bin, we will be able to stay outside for longer amounts of time learning in a highly motivating space.
