Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This school year students will be introduced to the value of money. I want each student to be able to experience what it looks like and what it means to have money. By allowing each student to work with and interact with these manipulatives that represent money in real life I believe it will benefit their learning immensely.
Help me by giving them small experiences where they get to actually work hands-on with what they are learning.
As mentioned they will also learn how to tell time. By having a clock that mimics a real clock I am able to show them how a clock works and have them practice as well.
These manipulatives will enrich my students learning because they will be able to physically use these materials rather than working with only a worksheet. Thank you for your donation! My students and I appreciate it!
