My Project
Students will learn about consent, probable cause, and the appropriate use of force in executing search warrants, enhancing their understanding of the U.S. Constitution and the Fourth Amendment. This engaging project involves using a PlayStation 5 for criminological tasks, where students will identify and analyze elements related to searches and seizures as outlined in the Fourth Amendment. By interacting with these scenarios, students will better understand how consent, probable cause, and the use of force play critical roles in the legal process, preparing them for real-world applications in criminal justice.
