Learning STEMS From Exploring!

Help me give my students building materials for our STEM boxes to explore with.

My Project

Exploration is a crucial component to learning in PreK. I try to offer as many opportunities for creativity and exploring as I can each day.

Each morning I am greeted by 16 PreK students, looking to start their school day in a fun and engaging way.

As a way to encourage their curiosity and creativity, we have STEM bins containing different types of activities and building materials to work with. The magnetic blocks and other STEM building materials I requested in this project will be a wonderful addition to add to our bins. My students are so excited when new options are introduced to them. They share their creations with their peers and teachers. This not only encourages them to keep exploring, but also motivates their classmates to do the same. When we give students a chance to work independently, build, and be creative, the lessons learned are priceless! Thank you for taking the time to read my project.
