My Project
In our kindergarten classroom, my students come with a natural curiosity and eagerness to explore the world around them. It is time for them to take their learning to the next level by diving into the exciting world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) through hands-on experiences.
Through these exciting materials, students will gain confidence in themselves as leaders, teammates, problem solvers, and hands-on builders.
I will challenge my students to bring creativity and imagination to projects that will enrich their ability to think inside and outside of the box, as well their capacity to support one another's ideas and contributions.
The STEM materials from this project will give students access to materials such as blocks, magna-tiles, connecting pieces, bridge builders, and other building materials and parts from which they can create using their imagination.
By incorporating these STEM materials into our classroom, I aim to create an interactive learning environment that sparks curiosity, fosters teamwork, and ignites a lifelong love of discovery. Through play-based hands-on learning, my students will explore the building blocks of both math and science, and develop essential skills that will help them succeed in kindergarten and beyond.
