Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach Life Skills!! I am trying to increase math and ELAR learning stations for STAAR Alt success. Studies show that students learn more when they are having fun.

Having more activities for my students in our learning stations will help keep my students engaged regardless of their academic levels.

Some of the resources I have requested include: ELAR and math board games. This will help our students increase knowledge while they have fun.

My students walked into my classroom with a variety of learning styles. I have some students who struggle with reading or math; however, they have such an imagination and love to create and build things. Having more options for learning stations will help me reach my goal for all of my students, regardless of their academic levels.

This will be a great way to spend free choice Fridays.
