My Students

My students are the most curious, intrigued, entry level programmer type students that you will ever meet. They come to school smiling, ready to take on the challenges of the day. They have to work hard. Many of them are second language learners. All of my students qualify for free breakfast and lunch and once a month, Second Harvest brings my children nourishing fruits and vegetables. Life is not easy for them, but nothing is going to stop them from learning and being the best they can be.

My Project

Science A-Z is a curriculum resource that blends science and literacy into one. This product delivers thousands of resources in Life Science, Earth and Space Science, Physical Science, Engineering, and Process Science. In addition to a robust library of multilevel informational texts, Science A-Z also delivers engaging science experiments, hands-on activities, and other collaborative learning opportunities that allow students to think and act like scientists.

This program will provide the STEAM supplement for our current outdated science books.

The program is leveled for all students to be actively engaged by bringing science concepts and core ideas into context with high-interest reading materials and hands-on science experiments.

Expand students’ understanding of science content, current events, and STEM fields with interactive eResources and additional learning opportunities.

What better way to start a new program but with a hands-on activity of the Periodic table.
