My Project

I'm working to transform my classroom into an engaging culinary learning space where students can explore science and math through hands-on cooking experiences. With your support, we can gather the tools and supplies needed to create our very own classroom kitchen!

Through baking, canning, measuring, and more, my students will gain a tangible understanding of math concepts like ratios, fractions, decimals, and area—all while developing a deep appreciation for the culinary arts.

We’ll also dive into the science behind cooking and nutrition, learning how heat transforms ingredients and how the food we eat affects our bodies.

My goal is to spark a lifelong love of learning—and of cooking—by turning abstract concepts into delicious discoveries. Together, let’s help these young scientist-chefs grow in confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
