My Project
At the start of next school year, I will be teaching civics to 11th grade students. My students are curious, passionate, and interested in the world and government around them.
Considering the current political climate, many students want to learn their government system to make a change for the better.
By including classroom decor related to the subject and having hand outs of democracy pins and pocket constitutions, students will be able to have a quick reference and confidence in their knowledge and understanding of the country they reside in. With your help, my students will become informed youth in the United States, which we need now more than ever.
