My school is a place where diversity and resilience thrive amidst a backdrop of economic challenges. All of our students do not have the opportunity to review the lessons or get help for their homework.
The commitment to learning and growth extends beyond the classroom, with the school becoming a hub for community engagement and support especially during the time of unforeseen weather conditions.
Recently, our community experienced a tornado threat. This month, our school is closed due to the weather being very cold and a possibility of snow. The students who have a device at home continued their learning in the midst of severe weather. For this, I am requesting tablets for those students who do not have access to technology at home.
