I teach second graders who are full of life, excitement, and curiosity. They are energetic and crafty.
Each year, my students are encouraged to be curious, explore, and examine possibilities.
I work to take my class from a group of individuals to one community of learners.
I will help my students develop a love for learning and the desire to become lifelong learners. I provide hands-on projects and activity-based learning experiences for my students. I encourage play and help my students develop their creativity. I will also work to develop empathy and compassion in my students.
My Project
The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will allow me to buy additional learning resources for my classroom. I can shop a plethora of resources to find activities that match our needs.
Having games and activities that go along with our lessons makes learning fun and exciting.
TpT also has unit plans that work wonderfully for my class. The unit plans allow my students to get really into a topic of study.
Having the ink and laminating sheets will allow me to print and laminate the games and activities, so I can make them durable for extended use by my students.
