Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious and learn by playing with fun hands-on materials. They love to engage in sensory activities such as the water table. Besides splashing and feeling the water, now they will be able to reinforce literacy and math concepts through play.
The float & find bubbles will absolutely be a super fun way to learn letters, numbers, and shapes.
The feelings and emotions dough mats will provide multiple opportunities for them to express emotions. The bean bag toss and the wrist ribbons will be an amazing way to promote gross motor skills. Young children love to be active and they will enjoy throwing the bean bags and twirling the ribbons while dancing.
