This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Working in one of the neediest neighborhoods can be a challenge. However, when you have students, who have very little, but show up everyday eager and willing to put their best effort out, it warms your heart and pushes you to do whatever it takes to assist.
The items I am requesting will help my students in so many different ways, from providing a healthy snack for those who cannot afford breakfast, materials to encourage teamwork, and tools to assist when they are not having their best day.
