Help me give my students who have all different types of disabilities the necessities to learn during small group instruction for the Algebra 1 Math Regents, based on their IEP management needs and specific learning styles.

My Project
8th grade students taking an advanced math class to help them in Hs is CHALLENGING, now throw in multiple disabilities, IEP management needs, and socioeconomic factors out of their control..Supplying sharpened pencils daily helps them have a fresh start every period. Dry erase Markers and resuable protector sheets help provide a multi-sensory approach to the Algebra 1 content when working with Algebra tiles. It helps alleviate frustration with mistakes when its easily eraseable. Trackers will help several students who lose their place while reading word problems and miss important information. Binder rings attach reference sheets for them to refer to differentiated tasks and SEL Ruler strategies to help make them successful. This project will help keep students engaged in learning and realize Algebra is fun throughout the year!
