Help me give my students magnetic letters to practice their spelling and sight words and new headphones to use with learning apps on iPads and computers.
I teach a diverse group of enthusiastic 20 second grade students who come from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds. The one thing they all have in common is a desire to learn new skills.

I am asking for a variety of games and materials that will give my students opportunities to acquire language skills while having fun. This is a great group of children, who would appreciate and treat your gifts with respect.
My Project
I have requested magnetic letter sets which will be used to enforce a range of English language skills. While we practice reading and writing as a class and in small guided reading groups my students need additional resources designed to give them exciting opportunities to apply their newly developed skills. Children learn best while having fun and they love magnetic letters.
My students have access to excellent learning apps on computers and iPads but we need new headphones.
I am also requesting headsets to replace their old ones which have been breaking.
The educational resources I have requested will provide my students with a variety of activities that they will find engaging while increasing their understanding of recently learned language skills. Students will practice reading, writing and spelling with partners or in small groups.
