My students need engaging learning games and activities to do when I am when I am working with a small groups including a listening center play balls geosafari learning game and much more.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Too many of our students are quitting. With your help, it would be possible for these students to learn that they have ownership over their education.
I teach 4th grade, where the students live below the poverty level.
Unfortunately, less than a week ago, our school was on lock down from a gun shooting in front of the school. Some of our students had to witness it. These students have so much to overcome to be successful.
My Project
A whole new level of excitement in the classroom is possible with cooperative learning games, interactive writing activities, and expressive audio visual chapter books. An electronic lap top,a listening center, language arts and math games would reinforce their learning in all curricular areas in a fun and memorable way.
On a daily basis, I work with a small group of students to improve their academic achievement.
While I am instructing a small group, the remainder of my 28 students need to have engaging learning activities. These resources would truly make a difference in my students' lives this year and for many years to come. It would teach them that they are capable of being independent in their education as well. These resources would help them obtain a sense of empowerment and success.
