My Students
I have two classes split up into a morning and afternoon class. In the morning, I have an active group of 3 year olds and in the afternoon an explorative group of 4 year olds. We are located in a low income community that would really benefit from outside support.
Creative, energetic, and explorative; my students are always ready to try new things.
They enjoy moving from center to center exploring different subjects throughout the room. We have 10 centers in our classroom to learn through play in all different subjects.
Please partner with us to help bulk up those centers for my students to have independent learning experiences.
My Project
We are ready for these items! I have spots picked out for everything in this project and we can't wait to add them to the classroom! The toys in this order will promote pretend play and language development. We will use all of these toys to talk about the world around us. What kinds of animals would you see at a farm and why? What kinds of animals would you find in the ocean and why? Where do dinosaurs come from and where did they go?
We are going to explore through how the world works around us, while developing language to prepare for Kindergarten learning.
Please help us get these tools to pretend and imagine with realistic toys, that will encourage more questions and interactions between students and teachers!
