Most of my students come from single-parent homes with low-income and/or government assistance. My students face a multitude of challenges in their neighborhoods and homes. However, our classroom is one where my students know that they are safe and can enjoy being a kid.
My students are eager to learn.
They enjoy talking about what they've learned each day. They encourage each others' accomplishments with a round of claps and encouraging words. I look forward to each new day of learning with them.
My Project
As we continue to teach in a virtual classroom, it is even more important to keep my students engaged in their learning. Having fun and engaging resources are a great tool to keep them on-track with their learning.
My students really enjoy on-line lessons that allow them to do fun things.
These lessons include all subject areas for their learning. This makes the world of virtual learning easier to handle for my students.
My students enjoy signing on to class knowing that a day of engaged learning will take place.
