My Students

We seriously have some of the best students in our small-town elementary school. I have only just received my class list and started to get to know my students' names and faces.

Third grade students are always ready to try something new and because of that, I want to be a better teacher every day.

I want to grow with them! Our school includes over 60% free or reduced-price lunch recipients, but together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need. I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.

Although this year may look a little different whether in person, online, or a mix of both, I know we'll build our classroom community and become the family we always are.

Our third grade is one big giant family. We don't get to mingle this year like we would in past years but we still find ways to stay connected to each other.

My Project

This year has been far from normal, but what has been normal is the relationships we have built in our classroom. We are strong, we are smart, we are hard-workers, we are loving, we are readers, we are mathematicians, and so much more.

My students amaze me.

They have learned so much with less time than any other year. They have overcome challenges that no other group of students has had to.

This fall my Breakout EDU and Flocabulary licenses have expired. These subscriptions have brought fun to learning and I would like to continue using them both in the classroom and virtually.

The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will be used to purchase more activities to supplement what we are learning the classroom. These activities will be extensions of the amazing learning that is already happening.

Thank you for the investment in 15 of my favorite people. They are so worth it and we are blessed by you.
