My Project
Pre-K is a big year for kids. For some, it is their first year away from their families. I am lucky to have two classrooms that we can utilize during the day. I want to make one of the rooms a more cozy environment for learning.
I want my students to be able to feel calm and relaxed during the day.
I believe the items in this project will help with that. The different children's couches will help bring coziness to our classroom environment. It will allow the students to learn with more comfortable options rather than the typical table and chairs. This project also has light covers included in it. These light covers will help cancel out harsh lighting, and provide warm and calm lighting in our classroom.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
