This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are in a digital age where students express themselves through songs and videos. I want to incorporate their creativity in the classroom using projects, podcasts and presentations. My students need a variety of ways to express themselves and their understanding. Having a camera and microphone will create endless possibilities.

Imagine seeing students create weather reports using a green screen and video or creating digital podcasts about solving particular math problems or scientific explanations on why fecal transplants are beneficial for curing diseases.

Your donation will help increase student engagement, create an atmosphere of creativity and allow students to have choices when it comes to demonstrate understanding.
