My Students

My students have a great love for learning and exploration of new ideas, especially through the world of science.

They come from diverse backgrounds and have many different learning styles, strengths, and needs. They all love to explore the world around them, are inspired by natural phenomena, and are driven by knowing how and why things behave as they do.

Our Title I school is located in a rural town and we are a very close-knit community. Many of the families at our school have been in the district for generations.

My Project

A huge focus in our science curriculum is to be able understand, use, and create models for those concepts not easily seen with the naked eye. My students have been learning about why models are critical to scientific learning as well as how to draw models to explain the concepts. They are more engaged in lessons and far better able to learn when what we are doing is hands on.

The 3Doodler Learning pack would allow them to show their models in 3D which would lead to extremely engaged and creative learning!

I just had a project fund for a 12 pack of these pens. Being able to purchase an additional 6 pens would allow us to have a class set, which means each students in class gets to use their own. In these crazy COVID times, it is best when everyone has their own materials, just to be safe.

The 3Doodler Learning Pack is recognized as the ideal for STEAM subjects, tactile learning, problem solving, creative thinking, and much more. Teachers have used the 3Doodler to diversify and personalize teaching methods, making lessons fresh and fun - students are genuinely excited about the ability to create!

Thank you for any support you can offer in giving my students this creative, artistic, engaging way to demonstrate even more about the science models they are learning about this year.
