My students need the Parrot Mambo Drones to help them continue their love for coding and learn how to code and program drones to fly, do tasks, and conquer obstacles.
"Can we code today and see what we can design and build with coding?" Science changed my life and I hope it changes their lives.
This is a group of 30 creative, innovative and imaginative individuals who love to build, experiment, fail, tinker and create. These kids are blessed with the opportunity to change the world through science. They have found the love for coding and are ready to make a difference.
They are the STEM engineers of the future. These students are ready to be stewards of the earth and ready to make changes to help better Wailuku town, Maui, the state of Hawaii, the entire world.
My Project
Coding has become a powerful language in our world today. The fifth graders will be introduced to new opportunities to use coding to program the Parrot Mambo Drones. They will work in collaborative groups and use technology to help them learn the language of coding and actually apply it to flying drones.
Parrot's Mambo Drones are an integral part in help our students learn coding.
They will use the drones to accomplish missions and overcome obstacles. The students will generate their own courses and obstacles to challenge their peers. Coding with drones will open new opportunities for all the students. Skies the limit if they can learn the language of coding and apply it to flying drones. They can save lives, protect firefighters, deliver needed medicine and packages and even help during natural disasters. This project will give them a heads up on the rest of the world. Coding and drones are the perfect match!
