Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I love my students and miss them all very much. During this pandemic, they are all at home with their families. The children enjoy working together in cooperative learning groups. They help one another and learn social skills and social-emotional skills too! I want them to continue learning at home. They can work together as a family, building and working cooperatively with additional resources.
My Project
When students work together with others, they make a difference in the future! My students will learn how to take turns and work in cooperative groups from homes as they have done in the classroom. These materials will be used with students and their families. I will set up at-home activities online ( class dojo and zoom). Families can work from home then share.
The distance learning will give parents a better perspective on how to expand their child’s learning.
Learning can be fun anywhere, even from their own homes!
